Todd Swinney became involved in the sport of bodybuilding in 1978 and was an active competitor from 1980 until 1990. In 1990, Todd took his hobby of 12 years and formed a career in nutrition counseling and professional fitness training. Todd is considered one of the top authorities in his sport and has, fortunately for all of us, built a business by taking his level of cutting edge, scientifically proven nutrition information and tailoring it to day to day life of any individual who has the desire to lose body fat, gain muscular body weight, or address health concerns. Todd's clients range from professional athletes to the clinically obese and anything in between. The year 2005 is the third year that Todd is the nutritionist for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. There are too many other celebrity athletes to even mention here. Todd is the Chairman of the Maryland District of the National Physique Committee (NPC) of the USA and has been a judge with that organization since 1988. Currently Todd works his nutrition magic from his office "Elite Image Nutrition" in Millersville, Maryland.
